Before we begin a recruitment assignment with a new care provider we establish a full understanding of your business, the type of support staff and managers who make the environment comfortable for your service users and allows us to establish a detailed “wish list” for new recruits that will fit seamlessly into your environment. Contingent means if you don’t recruit any of the candidates we provide you there is no introduction fee to pay. Fees are payable “contingent” on our success.

Consultancy Services (Interviewing Support Services)

We know that care providers we work with are experts in care giving but may not always have the experience in interviewing and on-boarding new recruits.

We offer an On-Site Client Interviewing Service for our clients who are able to source their own candidates but may lack the experience or confidence to conduct detailed and searching generic, cultural and skills based interviews.

Managed Services/Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) (Recruitment Solutions for larger organisations with ongoing requirements)

Some of our bigger individual and group Care Home partners require a regular stream of potential employees. Care Home recruitment UK can facilitate this “pipeline” by representing Care Homes either on site or remotely and recruiting as if they were part of your internal recruitment team. We work with you in partnership, fully embedding our recruiters in the culture of your business. The managed services can be provided on a permanent or short term basis.
